The local Locoris applications are not sold separately in the current model. Refund rules primarily concern optional hosted services.
Trial and renewal
Trial duration, renewal date, price and included limits should be shown before payment. Ending a trial or subscription does not remove access to local application data.
Billing errors
Contact hello@locoris.app with the account email, payment reference and a description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card details.
Service problems
Where required by law or appropriate for a material verified service failure, Locoris may issue a refund, credit or subscription adjustment. Provider processing times can affect when a refund appears.
